The 2009-2012 Labor Agreement (contract) between IUE-CWA Local 86782 and Trane, a subsideriary of Ingersoll Rand, has been RATIFIED. The contract having passed, all shifts should report to work as normal.

Lately, a number of members on layoff have contacted the Local to inquire about extended education and other benefits related to our claim for Trade Adjustment Assistance from the U.S. Department of Labor.
